Something Old, Something New, Something Borrowed, Something Blue

So clearly February has been ridiculously busy or something because it's kind of sad how little I've blogged this month. March will be better. I promise.

Big news, though! My brother is getting married next week!!! AH! I'm so excited for him and his lovely fiancee.

Also, that means I get an extra week for spring break! So that's a glorious thing.

But mostly it's exciting that Jeffacakes is getting married. I mean, no big deal, but it's a huge deal.

Catching Up

Oh yeah, about this whole blogging thing... apparently, I'm not very good at it, so that's cool.

I'm sitting outside the Marketplace, waiting for Cara and EmmaLee and I thought to myself, "What a wonderful world! (see what I did there? hehe) Why don't I blog a bit?!" But now that I'm blogging I'm not sure what to say...

I got a scarf yesterday! Not that exciting? But wait, there's more! I got a scarf yesterday because I signed up for housing and that's what you get when you sign up for housing. You get a scarf and an on-campus apartment style living residence with your friends! I'm so excited! But also, I have to get through this semester first.

No, let me rephrase that. Because I'm enjoying this semester a lot. After this semester I get to move to this new place and have another semester.

I really am having a fairly fantastic semester. Even though I have a 7:30 class. I'm taking Zumba and hip hop, so I feel a lot healthier than pretty much ever before, which is great.

Since we last communicated I have started doing more adult things, such as registering to vote, so I can get residency and also not procrastinating my homework as much. I know, right? Adult life. It's crazy, let me tell you.

What else can I say in the way of catching up? There's a Thirsty Thursday tonight, so that'll be fun! Also, I've recently decided that Cara and EmmaLee should hurry because apparently my stomach is not as patient as the rest of me.

Also, I have to watch a documentary for my English class and I'm going to ask my friend Maddi to watch it with me because it's about media's portrayal of women and stuff and I think she would appreciate it as much as I do. Everybody should watch it, though. It's called MissRepresentation and I think it's on Netflix, so that's convenient.

And time is passing... and it's still going... and I don't know what else to say... I apologize that this isn't quite as stimulating as I would have liked... more time passage...

What a deal! All that time passing paid off! They're here!
